I am traveling to Aruba next week. I want to take my cell phone for emergency purposes. How will I charge it? I do have the adapter for the outlet so the plug will fit. However, I know there can be electrical fluctuations between the wattage of the cell phone and the wall in foreign countries. I don't want to invest $$ in anything fancy. Any ideas? Thanks.

Your phone's charger should be able to compensate for any fluctuations.
