LG KU 990 - Where to find applications, JAD/JAR files from Sony Ericsson and more..

I have LG KU990.
I'm looking for applications.
I've tried some sony-ericsson JAD/JAR files (such as the GMAIL reader etc), but I can only use the black arrows shown at the bottom.
