I have heard conflicting information regarding the "first time charge rule." I read several articles and forum postings where people said that not charging one's phone for hours before first use has no affect on battery life, but I've read others that say the opposite. My concern is that I just purchased an LG Xenon which had two bars of battery life upon leaving the store and I used it for a while before charging it that night. Have I ruined or shortened my battery life or will it be alright?
