Aide

i got a verizon lg vx8360 and i press the power button and it wont turn on and when i plug it in to charge the verizon screen just flashes what can i do to fix it?

i also got a verizon samsung SCH-U350 and it pretty much started doing the same thing except the screen is not flashing i just sits on the verizon screen
