I have recently purchased the LG Xenon GR501 from Bell Mobility.
In my attempt to put custom ringtones on it, I have spliced the desired audio file into a chose portion, and downgraded the quality so it is under 300KB. I've saved them onto the micro SD card, and saved them from it, onto the phones hard drive. I've gone into my audio section, where they all show up, and set them to 'use as Ringtone', but none of them show up in my ringtone section.
What more should I be doing, or is there anything else I can try? Unfortunately at the moment, I don't have another phone I can send them to to resend them back and try it that way, and I'd really like to be able to use them as custom ringtones for specific callers...
