Is there any way to unlock a sprint phone and change it to ntelos!!!!

I have a LG 260 Rumor Black and its on sprint and well i liked my phone but i want it on ntelos, and yes i know about the cdma and it will work but how do i get this to work with out paying for it, also they will put there software on it if i just unlock it!!!
