ok...im having internet problems a random block keeps popping up on it. sprint customer service has helped me before but recently ive tried calling and i am unable to reach them. i remember they had me type in ##3282# and got me to a screen where i was to go to restore. im fairly sure restore was where i was unable to remove the block from my internet. but the problem is i need a service code to get access to this. is there any way i can get this service code or does anyone know it?
