I have an N98 Kp 500 and it's requesting a security code, Someone has changed the code on the phone so the factory codes are no good.. I have tried the code to restore it to factory settings but the * key does not work on the phone...

Is there any other ways i can restore the phone or unlock the security code? I do not have the disc that came with the phone anymore either.
