Call and Message Blocking

Blocking Calls:

  1. While on the home screen, tap "Menu"
  2. Go to "System settings"
  3. Access the "Networks" tab and tap "Call"
  4. Under "Incoming Call", tap "Call reject"
  5. Tap "Call reject mode"
  6. Tap "Reject calls on list" or "Cancel" to close the pop-up message
  7. Tap "Reject calls from"
  8. Optionally, mark the "Private Numbers" check box to reject phone calls from private numbers
  9. Tap the "+" button and perform one of the following:
    • To block a contact: select the desired contact and tap "Done"
    • To block a number from the call logs: select the desired call log entry and press "Done"
    • To block a phone number: Enter the number and tap "Save"

Unblocking Numbers:

  1. Press "Menu" from the home screen
  2. Tap "System settings" and go to the "Networks" tab
  3. Tap "Call" > "Call reject"
  4. Tap the "Trash can" icon and select the phone number(s) you wish to unblock
  5. Optionally, tap "Select all" if you wish to unblock all numbers in the list
  6. Tap "Delete" > "Yes" to confirm

Blocking Messages or Spam from a Phone Number:

  1. Launch the "Messaging" application
  2. Press the "Menu" key and tap "Settings"
  3. Tap "Spam message"
  4. Tap "Block spam" to enable the feature
    • Tap "Spam words", touch "+" and add specific keywords to the spam list

    Or
    • Tap "Spam numbers", tap "+" and then enter a specific phone number to the spam list

Unblocking Messages:

  1. Tap "Messaging" from the home screen
  2. Press "Menu" and tap "Settings"
  3. Tap "Spam message"
  4. Tap "Block spam" to disable
    • Tap "Spam words" and touch the "Trash can" icon to remove specific spam key words from the list

    Or
    • Tap "Spam numbers", tap the "Trash can" icon and remove specific numbers from the list

Call Forwarding

Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional):

  1. From the home screen, press "Menu"
  2. Tap "Settings" and access the "Networks" tab
  3. Tap "Call" > "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
  4. Enter the phone number you wish to forward calls to
  5. Alternatively, tap the "Contacts" icon and select a number to forward to from the phonebook
  6. Tap "Enable"

Forwarding Certain Calls (Conditional):

  1. Access the phone's "Settings" menu
  2. From the "Networks" tab, tap "Call"
  3. Touch "Call forwarding"
  4. Under "Forward if", select "Busy", "Unanswered" or "Unreachable"
  5. If necessary, enter or edit the phone number you wish to forward the calls to. Optionally, tap "Contacts"
  6. Tap "Update"

Cancelling Call Forwarding:

  1. Press "Menu" while viewing the home screen
  2. Tap "System settings"
  3. Go to the "Networks" tab and tap "Call"
  4. Tap "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
  5. Select "Disable"

Managing the Call Log

Viewing and Resetting the Call Log:

  1. Tap the "Phone" icon located on the home screen
  2. Tap the "Call logs" tab and select a call log entry to view additional details
  3. To reset the call log, press "Menu"
  4. Tap "Clear all"
  5. Press "Yes" to confirm
