How-to: LG G Stylo: Add and Manage Contacts & Caller Groups

Add a Contact:

1. Launch “Contacts” from the home screen
2. Tap the “+” button
3. Choose to save the contact on the “Phone”, “SIM” or “Google” account
4. Add the contact’s phone number and name in the appropriate fields
5. Enter any additional details as you see fit and tap “Save” when ready

Import Contacts:

1. Launch the “Contacts” application
2. Press “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
3. Tap “Import” and under “From”, select “SIM”, “SD card” or “Internal storage"
4. Under “To”, choose either “Phone” or “Google”
5. Tap “OK”
6. Select the contacts you want to import or tap “Select all”
7. Tap “Import” > “Yes”

Export Contacts:

1. From the “Contacts” application press “Menu”
2. Tap “Manage Contacts” > “Back up”
3. Under “To”, select “SIM”, “SD card” or “Internal storage”
4. Tap “OK”
5. Select the contacts you want to move or tap “Select all”
6. Tap “Export” > “Yes”

Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. If necessary go to the “Dial” tab
3. Press “Menu” > “Speed dial”
4. Tap the dial pad number you want to use
5. Choose the contact you want to associate with the selected dial pad number for speed dialing

Delete Contacts:

1. Launch the “Contacts” app
2. Browse through your contacts, and tap & hold the one you wish to remove
3. Tap “Delete contact”
4. Press “Yes” to confirm

Create a Caller Group and add Group Members:

1. Tap “Contacts” while viewing the home screen
2. Go to “Groups” and tap “Menu”
3. Tap “New Group” and if necessary, name the group as desired
4. Tap “+” to add members to the group
5. Select desired contacts and tap “Add”
6. Lastly, tap “Save”
