Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:
- Establish a USB connection between the LG device and computer
- Turn ON Media device / File Transfer at the prompt or from the Notification area
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the desired audio files on the PC storage
- Copy and paste the desired audio files on the phone storage, preferably in the Ringtones / Notifications folder(s)
- Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord
Change the General Ringtone:
- Launch Settings
- Scroll to and tap Sound & Notification
- Tap Ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and tap OK to confirm
Change a Specific Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned for contacts stored on the SIM card or the phones internal storage.
- Open Contacts
- Select the desired contact and tap Edit
- Tap Ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and tap OK to confirm
Change the Notification Sound:
- Launch Settings
- Access Sound & Notification
- Tap More > Notification sound
- Select the desired notification sound
- Tap OK to confirm
