Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+”
  6. Perform one of the steps below:
    • To block a contact: tap it and press “Done”
    • To block a call log entry: select it and tap “Done”
    • To block a phone number: enter it and tap “Save”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Access “Call blocking & decline with message”
  4. Go to “Blocked numbers” and select the number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam numbers”
  3. Choose whether or not to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
  4. Tap “Yes” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam numbers”
  3. Access “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
  4. Tap the “Trash can” icon next to the phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes”

Block Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number/contacts]”

NOTE: Existing and future messages from the blocked contact/number will be archived. Furthermore, you will no longer receive notifications for archived messages.

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked contacts”
  3. Tap “Unblock”

NOTE: The message threads from the unblocked contacts will be removed from archives.

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to or tap “Contacts” and select one from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Under “Forward if”, select to forward incoming calls when “Unreachable”, “Unanswered” or “Busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or tap “Contacts”
  6. Tap “Turn on” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Turn Off”

Manage Caller ID Settings:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” > “Additional settings”
  4. Go to “Caller ID”
  5. Select “Network default”, “Show number” or “Hide number”
