Restore App Data:

  1. Launch “Settings”
  2. Access the “General” tab
  3. Tap “Backup & reset”
  4. Tap “Restore from backup” under “LG Backup”
  5. Select the desired backup file and tap “Start”
  6. Once the backup is complete, tap “Done”

NOTE: You might have to reboot your device in order for the restore to complete.

Restore Contacts:

  1. Launch “Settings”
  2. Access the “General” tab if necessary
  3. Tap “Backup & reset”
  4. Under “LG Backup”, tap “Restore from backup”
  5. Select the SD card backup you want to restore
  6. Tap “Start” > “Done”

NOTE: You may need to reboot your device for the process to complete.

Restore Media File from the Phone:

  1. Launch “Settings”
  2. In the “General” tab, tap “Backup & reset”
  3. Tap “Restore from backup”
  4. Select the desired backup file and tap “Start”
  5. When the process is done, tap “Restart”

Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

  1. Connect the LG Harmony to your computer via USB
  2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
  3. Open the File Explorer on the PC
  4. Locate the backup media files on the PC storage
  5. Copy and transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” folder or the directories they originate from
  6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
