How-to: LG K10 (2018): Manage Calls, Messages, Call Forwarding Settings and the Call Log

Block Calls:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Go to “Call logs’
3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
4. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message”
5. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+”
6. Select “Contacts” “New numbers” or “Call logs’
7. Enter the phone number you want to block or select an entry from the call log
8. Press “Done”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Phone” and go to “Call logs”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
3. Access “Call blocking & decline with message”
4. Go to “Blocked numbers”
5. Tap the “trash can” icon next to the phone number you want to unblock
6. Tap “Remove”

Block Messages:

1. Launch Messaging
2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “Block number”
4. Press “Block”

Unblock Messages:

1. Launch “Messaging”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Access “Message blocking”
4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
5. Tap the “Trash can” icon next to the phone number you want to unblock
6. Tap “Remove”

Clear the Call Log:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Access “Call logs”
3. Tap “Menu” > “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Access “Call logs”
3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
4. Go to “More” under “Advanced”
5. Tap “Call forwarding”
6. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively you can select a contact from the phonebook
7. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Go to “Call logs’
3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
4. Scroll to “Advanced” and tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
5. Under “Forward if” select “Unreachable” “Unanswered” or “Busy”
6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
7. Tap “Enable” / “Update”
8. Select an existing account and tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Go to “Call logs”
3. Tap ‘Menu” > “Call settings”
4. Tap “more” > “Call forwarding”
5. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
6. Tap “Turn off” to confirm
