Block Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs” and tap “menu”
  3. Access “Call settings” > “Call blocking & decline with message”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  5. Access “Contacts[/Bdesired]Call logs” or tap “New Number”
  6. Select the desire contact/call log entry or enter the desired phone number
  7. Tap “Done”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs” > “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “Call blocking & Decline with message”
  4. Tap the “Trash can” icon next to the phone number/contact whose calls you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Remove” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  4. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Message blocking”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  5. Tap the “Trash can” icon next to the phone number/contact you want to unblock

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Under “Advanced” tap “more”
  5. Access “Call forwarding”
  6. Enable “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact
  7. When ready, tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “more” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Tap “Turn Off”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “more” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Under “Forward if” select “Unanswered” “Unreachable” or “Busy”
  6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Go to “Call settings” and tap “more” under “Advanced”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn Off”
