Block Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Access “Call blocking & Decline with message”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers” and select “Call logs” “Contacts” or “New number”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to block. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Done”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Go to “Call blocking & Decline with messages”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  6. Tap the “Trash can” next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  7. Tap “Remove”

Block Incoming Messages form a Contact:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact or phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers” > “Block”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Message blocking”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  5. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs” and tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Expand “Advanced”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select an existing contact
  6. Tap “Turn On” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Call logs” > “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap “Turn off” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Under “Forward if” select “Unreachable” “Unanswered” or “Busy”
  6. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Call logs” > “Menu”
  3. Go to “Call settings” and expand “Advanced”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn Off”
