NOTE: You can check this thread for a guide on how to back up data on the phone.
Restore App Data:
- Open Settings
- Go to Phone Management
- Tap Backup & Reset > Restore from backup
- Select the desired backup file
- Tap Start > Done
NOTE: You might have to reboot the device to complete the process.
Restore Contacts:
- Launch Settings
- Go to Phone Management
- Tap Backup & Reset
- Under LG Backup select Restore from backup
- Tap the desired backup file
- Tap Start > Done
Restore Media Files:
- Open Settings
- Access Phone Management
- Tap Backup & Reset > Restore from backup
- Select the desired media files
- Tap Start > Restart
Restore Media Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB
- Enable File Transfer / Media device on the phone, either when prompted or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the media backup files on the PC
- Copy and paste the files to the phone storage in the folders of origin
- Once the transfer completes, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
