Distorted Photos

Hello.

I have a LG Motorola Moto Z Play Droid Edition and twice in the past few weeks it is taking photos where it looks like its melting ! At first I thought it was because the phone was hot. I had it on a motorcycle handle bar mount. This time I had the phone in my pocket and brought it out briefly to take this picture. The phone has a few years on it but this issue has happened twice during the past month.
