Fully secret voice record on iPhone 8

Hi. I need to record all sounds/voices around iPhone 8.
It means Spy hidden app which will allow to call or use a microphone for other apps. This app will be save record localy to the iPhone (during 1 month may be).

What's the iOS version of the iPhone 8? If it's iOS 11.3.1 and earlier, you can jailbreak it and install iKeyMonitor iPhone spy app which supports the recording of surrounding. Check jailbreak compatibility firstly.
