Droid Razr Maxx Constantly Rebooting

Hello to all,
Two days ago my phone began a process of constantly rebooting itself. I could not isolate the cause so I formatted the phone followed by attempting to install the manufacturer's rom for my non EU version of the phone. Unfortunately while the phone was functional I decided to root the phone and remove the DLNA apk and consequently I cannot install a fresh rom.
Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Did you make a backup of things before you rooted?

This page appears to be dated, the link for the fastboot files has 404'd, could you possibly send me a new link for fasboot files for a non EU Droid Razr Maxx XT910?
