You can also try ebay express, they are around $180, unlocked, and the sellers are very reliable, no scammers in express and no constant losing an auction.

At that price it seems very nice (I bought my Gold Razr V3i for $185), with lots of accesories included, headset, car charger, usb cable, CD with apps and ringtones, etc. and best of all NEW.

Your best buy, of course, would be to buy a Razr from your carrier, Cingulbar. But that wouldn't be unlocked.
