RAZR V3xx MMS settings

I just got an unlocked Motorola V3xx and can't for the life of me figure out how to get MMS messages to work properly; I can send them, but can't receive them. I managed to get the WAP working, but no go on the MMS. My provider is Cincinnati Bell. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

take your phone to cincinnati bell.. did you get it at northgate mall
they can help you there, i have the V3XX from AT&T

I have the exact same phone. I'll take it to the store and see if they can fix it for me. I didn't think they would be able to help me because it wasn't one of their phones. Thanks for letting me know that they will help me.
