I like the Motorola T720
I think it's a good phone. But ONLY thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't come with any games. But if you have Get It Now you can buy/download ringtones, pictures, and games.

if you get it under t-mobile you dont have to worry about "get it now"..that's dumb to have to put more money in their pocket after you already pay a plan

My T720 didn't come with games. But I know someone who's T720 did come with games. He's with Cingular and I'm with Verizon. (I hate Verizon!)

My T720c did not come with game, nor had the option of d/ling any. I have cricKet service and happy with them. I did flash the phone with Verizon's software for the same phone and got the option of 'get it now'.. since cricKet doesn't have any internet capabilities, 'get it now' does connect. I did obtain some games for the phone and uploaded them via Bitpim. I can load about 5-9 games then out of memory.....(5-9 meaning it depends on the size of the games.)
Btw....my phone is still under warranty (about 4 mo. old)....cricKet doesn't know what's been done by me.

Mine is a piece of crap. It just turns off every once in a while and sometimes makes a very high pitched scream in my ear. I put it away and use a Siemens thing I got on E bay. It's not as pretty but wtf it works I think my 720 is possessed, btw, I sent it back and they sent it to me say" we can't dup it, do you think it might be the battery?" that really ticked me off.

I would ask them to re-flash it for me. If they say they can't do it, tell them BULL$HIT! And then demand that they do it or get a refund.

I feel very very very stupid right now. I reset my unlock code on my T720 and forgot it! Now what do I do?!

Need more information...
Is the phone locked now?
Do you have it set to auto lock?
( Is it locked after you power cycle it?)
