Do you have a restraining order for harassment? Start there girl... then ask the POLICE what you can do
Have you contacted Nextel? Not about your bill, but about the continued unauthorized use? If they haven't helped you just hand a store representative your phone and switch companies.
But what's with the "wounded princess" line? Are you hoping to be rescued by a knight in shining armor? Dream on princess
(BTW, I've been informed that this 'damsel in distress' ploy is occasionally used as a way to hook and scam a bunch of frogs waiting to be kissed... my advice is to offer ONLY advice and ONLY through this thread... if princess never checks us again then we'll all still be safe on our rocks next to the pond, be it with pursed lips or a grain of doubt)

FYI: It is EXTREMELY difficult to clone a Nextel SIM card. Anyways, Get ahold of Nextel ASAP! Explain what the problem is, and Hopefully, They can send you a new SIM. Or, you could do like jennie said and switch carriers...

My dear... you have a flair for the dramatic that you displayed quite well in your first post and I found that quite funny... I'm sure you know that and have used it to your advatage all your life, don't go all righteous just because I do too .
Take note: I gave serious advice to both you and other members had you been said "damsel in distress" who was interested in scamming someone. Tony E! laughed at my fairytale references not your situation (and then deleted his post, boy am I a lousy judge of character today).

amazing what one of those little guys can do, including getting a door slammed in your face...( i agree Jeanie, talk about being a lousy judge of character) should have left this one alone...

Shanishan, what the others are telling you is the truth. SIM cards are EXTREAMLY hard to clone. you have to have some very expensive equipment to do this along with access to blank sim cards or special TEST cards. It's not like the first days of cell phones when all you had to do was pull somebody's nam id out of the airwaves and dump it in to a blank phone.... Security has come a loooooooooog way since then...
Like the others have said... you need to get Nextel/your provider involved in this and the police. This is communications fraud and it is a felonie crime.
The best way to stop it is to go to your provider and explain what is going on and have them disable your current SIM card and transfer everything to a new sim card.
with a good rep on this it should take about 30 min at most, with maybe 10 min's to swap contacts from sim to sim.... you keep the same phone and everything....
Make sure you are the ADMIN on the account and it is password or pin protected...
That should cure you problem...
Hope this helps...
