My friend has a Rogers Phone and wishes to go to Telus, but he does not wish to change his phone model, as it is fairly new.

Question : Does anyone know the unlock code for the Motorola V551?

from what i've seen, telus is cdma. meaning it won't accept that gsm phone.

this link says telus is cdma: http://www.canadiancontent.net/tech/..._mobility.html

    v551 is gsm: http://www.phonescoop.com/phones/phone.php?p=591

if you need further explanation, google cdma and gsm to find out why it won't work.

Would you be able to tell us it anyways? My friend said "Oh well" but wishes to change certain "unchangeable" settings on his phone.

unlock codes are IMEI indpendent, codes are different for each handset, therefore you would have to get your phone unlocked by an independent cell phone shop.
