Motorola V300 help!!!!!!!!!

hi, i have some questions for v300... a friend send me a pic/video mess and am not able to download it.. when i open it..it says to download and after few mins its written that unable to download... i don't know whats the problem and my internet also doen'st work i think its because of that

Well if it's a video message I don't believe it will work as you V300 doesn't have video capabilities, also if a diff maker lg, samsung etc. may not work and I don't believe the internet is connected to pic/video mess.
