Just got the MOTO W755

1.) Is there a limit to the length of the filename for an mp3 file? (This is my first time with a music player.) By chance, one of my mp3's has a very long name. The file is on the card but does not appear on the phone. It does play in my PC through various programs.

2.) Are there any other restrictions for mp3's on the W755? I noticed that special characters ("." or " ' ') may cause a problem.

3.) Has anyone seen a working driver for Windows 2000?
