My new Moto G4 Plus phone keeps prompting me with the following message:

'There are profile updates for you phone:
Access Point:
Add: YESBUSINESS
Update: WAP
Update: MMS
Please make selection: DELETE/INSTALL'

I've assumed that I'm meant to install this update. But when I hit INSTALL, I get the following message:

'WAP already exist on your phone for Access Point. Select Overwrite to proceed or New to create a new profile.'

Which option should I choose?
Or should I hit the DELETE button and not install this profile update?
