Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Tap the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages using Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap the message thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The blocked conversation thread and future messages received from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unachieved”
  5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it’s unsupported by your arrier)
  4. Enter or edit the phone number/contact you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
