Block Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact whose incoming calls you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: the conversation and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived and notification alerts will be disabled for all the archived items.

Unblock Incoming Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Archived”
  4. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  6. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & options”
  7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” (this feature might be missing if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Access “Settings”
  3. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or choose a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
