Block Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to unblock then tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and disable “all calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact or phone number whose messages you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived and notification alerts will be disabled for archived items.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived” and select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Unblock [phone number]” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding”
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Select to enable conditional call forwarding” when unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off and tap “Disable” to confirm
