Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Establish a USB connection between the Android device and computer
- On the phone, enable Media file MTP at the prompt or from the Notification area
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer
- Navigate to the audio files on the PC
- Copy and transfer the desired files to the phone storage in the Ringtones and/or Notifications folders
- Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
Change the General Ringtone:
- Swipe up on the home screen
- Launch Settings
- Go to Sound
- Tap Phone ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cant be set for contacts located on the phones internal memory or SIM card.
- On the home screen, swipe up from the bottom
- Launch Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu > Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap Save
Change Notification Ringtones:
- Launch Settings
- Access Sound
- Tap Default notification sound
- Select the desired notification ringtone
Manage Emergency Alerts:
- Open Messages
- Tap Menu
- Go to Settings > Wireless alerts
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Enable or disable Allow alerts AMBER alerts Extreme threats and Severe threats
