Hello, I am the LolNoGuy! I say no! Say 'No' too!

I registered on these forums because I thought: "Ow yes a phone forum? Sounds good!"
I won't be very active here tough, I have other thing to do too so...
But I want to know how strict the rules here are? I got almost banned on another forum once because bumping, but on another one we are free to bump anytime! (Sorry for my bad grammar, I'm from Austria)
