i930 release date

i called a nextel rep and he told me that the i930 is expected to be released as soon as mid April.

I visited the CES Show in Jan and talked witht reps at Motorola. They said they still had a lot of bugs to work in the i930 and that the release date was pushed back to August. So that is what I have been telling my customers. They had an i930 on display and it was nice! They wouldn't let anyone take pics of it though. That was the only display that had a line of people waiting to see it!

Hey Guys .................and girls. i just found out the REAL release date about the Motorola i930........................................................................................................November or December ...............................THIS YEAR

i dont know if you know this or not but there is no official release date. it can come out september, october, november, december or maybe not even this year. all this talk about release dates is just rumors so unless you have some straight up proof of this release date then all your telling us is rumors and not facts.

A good source (i.e. Regional Dealer Manager) has told me the release date on the Motorola/Nextel i930 should be January of 2006, but then again our dealer manager same time last year told us it would be January of 2005. No official release date will be known until about a month before. However I have noticed that all orders we have made for Motorola/Nextel authorized accessories have the i930 listed as a compatible device which is something that was not previously on the packages. So I have high hopes for seeing the i930 soon.
