We should create a post of problems in the i930 I would forward on to Motorola and Nextel on the service and repair side.

i have a pocket pc and it uses the same active-sync software. When i open mine a lot of times it is blank also, I right the screen and choose refresh a few times and bam it appears out of no where. It is a Microsoft glitch(if you believe Microsoft could have a glitch)

The other way to get to your phone is through the activesync box. It is the little box that comes up when you plug your phone in. Through the active sync program you will see explore. Choose that and that will give you the contents of the phone.
The other thing is to update your active sync software. go to www.pocketpc.com (fastest way to get to windows mobile page) and click downloads then smart phone. On the left is active sync 3.8 (it is under new from microsoft). My only fear is that the phone has been so long in the making that it may have older software bundled with it.

active sync is nice to have! You need it to back up your phone... trust me you need it. Then to move all the files back and forth and install any additional software (like 3rd party stuff) and software updates.

our store was thinking of carrying a new Kodak photo printer that is bluetooth (i870) and infrared (i930). It will print pics on photo paper (no ink water resistant) wirelessly. It will retail just under $200. Do you guys think it would be something that will sell??? Oh it will also print wired to a computer.
