I know how to transfer files from my computer to my phone, but how do I transfer them from the phone to my computer?
I was told by a service tech that I could but that is where the help stopped. I am having issues with my current phone (I850) and have a replacement on order and want to transfer them without having to re-download them from Nextel. The last time I had to replace a phone they told me to re-download the the exact same items and I would be refunded, well that wasn't the case and based on some kind of technicality, I ended up having to pay for them all over again and don't want to try and fight them all over again even though they assurred me that it would not happen again.
Anyway now that I have vented, if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Right, I have a cable and webjal, do I need additional software or can I use webjal? I've tried to find a way though webjal and have not found a way to do it. Loading files into the phone isn't the problem, its back onto the computer thats the problem.

As an MMS, no need for a cable. If you only need to transfer a few you are only charged the sending rate. If you will be doing it all the time, get a data cable.
