    Hello all

I recently lost my 6310i and sim, I wasn't too worried as I knew I had a couple of full backups made with Nokia PC suite.
So I went out and bought a new 6020 got it home and try a restore, to my horror I get the following error -

"The backup file has been made from a different phone model than the currently connected phone. The data cannot be restored to the phone"

I'm only interested in the phone numbers, please can somebody help me?

I would advice you to look at MobileWipe (mobilewipe.com) - that online service let you backup, restore and even delete your phone if you lose it.

did you synchronize to your Micrsoft Outlook? If yes, then it's easy.

I know this sounds crazy but I suggest you buy another 6310i so that the data can be restored.
