6230i Message Volume

Hi all,

Today I bought a Nokia 6230i. The problem is, the message alert volume is really low. I cant find how to louden it. The only thing I can find is the ringtone volume.

Any help would be great!

They're both the same volume, try using a different tone, sounds like its just a quiet tone, as long as your tones play properly!

The ringing volume was on full but the msg tone was still really low. It was the same for all ringtones. I restored factory defaults and that has sorted the problem.
