HELP~~How can I restored erased data on my Nokia phone?

Hello Everyone

I am using Nokia 3220 and today I accidently erased all the notes that I made on the calender.......that calender means so much to me, I stored all my friend's b-days and all important events on it.......

Is there a way to restore all these erased data?

I haven't turned off the power my cell ever since this incident....don't know if that'll help

Sorry man, once it's erased it can't be restored.

Did you back up all your info?

yes, i did a backup before but that's like one year ago......i am afraid when i restore the backup onto my cell, the new data that i had accumulated during that 1 year will be gone......all replaced by that backup.......I use Nokia PC Suite by the way.....I don't think I have the choice of choosing what I want to be restored back onto my cell..........

I have a quesition, what's the difference between synchronization and doing backup on Nokia PC Suite?
