Phone Will Not Charge

Hey there guys. My nokia won't charge! I plugged it into several outlets and still won't charge.

You may need to put a volt meter across the connector to make sure any voltage is coming from the charger. Much cheaper to renew this than the phone (depending). Or borrow someone elses charger?

hola podrían ayudarme el teléfono in alambico no carga la base principal si funciona bien aunque se cayo y la pantalla se perdió en cambio la segunda base siempre me pide insertar vate-ria aunque ya le cambie unas nuevas aun así me pide insertar vate rías sera posible areglar la pantalla del otro gracias de antemano por su atencion
