You can do a backup using Nokia PC Suite. Do a restore to the new phone. If your phone has external storage, move the card to the new phone to transfer items stored on the card.

ive finally started to change phones!
i cant find how to trnsfer the images or videos though- any advice?
i put the SIM in the new phone and gave it a go- to no avail. i realy dont wnat to install the nokia suite as ive heard it messes up the settings on the PC. There must be an easier way!?
