Nokia N95 is not working properly

Hi there, i have a problem with my Nokia N95, is not working well... it shouts down it self, i mean, e.g while i use the phone, suddenly it shouts down and restart the software... is not a problem of battery I think there's something wrong with the software. I don't know what is happening to it.

can anybody tell me something about it?

Bad ram.
Format is the only solution.. Format mmc first then your phone. 2nd you have to disable all posible settings containing a password.. Off your phone. Long Press *,3,call,switch at the same time, hold on until country chooser appear on screen..
