The Nokia E5, which has recently been approved by the FCC, does not have North American 3G bands. Although this handset that was approved by the FCC doesn't have North American bands, it is still possible that the Nokia E5 may soon be launched in North America.
According to Bluetooth SIG, there is a Nokia E5 device, sporting a different model number, that does indeed include not only North America bands, but bands for Australia and South America. The Nokia E5's official data sheet shows a smartphone, a version of the E5, that has bands of 850/1900 3G, which is compatible with AT&T or Canada's carriers.
Features of the Nokia E5 are: QVGA display, full QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi, HSDPA/HSUPA, A-GPS, Ovi Maps with free navigation, 3.5mm headset jack, 5MP camera with LED flash, 250MB of internal memory, and a 2GB card in the box.
Price is about 180 ($220) unlocked.
