Nokia 7510.. Help please.

Hi,

I have a Nokia 7510 and just today it randomly shut off, so i turned it back on and it started flashing.. meaning the lights came on then went off, like 3 or 4 times, Then after that It just turned off.. I don't understand the problem. It never happened before, It just started happening today. The battery is fully charged but it still wont turn on.. it turns on but keeps turning off. the screen is flashing off and on but it wont work. I plugged in the charger, but it still wont work. I don't think the problem is with the battery because the battery is fully charged, I think its just the phone.. Can anyone please help me with this problem?

Two things to check:

First, the software version of your phone. Which means you need to get it updated.
Second, if its a hardware issue. Which means you need to get the phone evaluated.

how long do you have this phone?

I've had it for exactly a year and 6 months.

same exact thing happened to my 7510 last night.
My phone is about 5 months old. I
I talked to tmob tech suppt and they can only do an exchange for me,, cost $20 with the express shipping.
Its a real bummer.
