Nokia X6 freezing

My Nokia X6 often gets freeze. My phone memory is even 4GB free. Please help.

You can try this:

Remove the battery, connect the USB cable to the phone and computer then insert the battery.

Sometimes if you do this without switching on the phone it will allow you to access the mass memory on the phone. If it does allow you to do this copy the contents of the mass storage to a PC then format the mass storage memory. If that doesn't work try again but connect a charger before the USB cable.


Now disconnect the cable (using the proper safe method) and switch the phone on.

If none of this works the only solutions are either a hard reset or a visit to a nokia care point.
