Nokia N96 - huge problem with battery

Hi! I hadn't been used my Nokia for two weeks and then I put battery into it and turned on. Fully charged battery can work now for 10-12 hours, but two weeks earlier it was something about 30-36 hours. The time of charging is the same - about 4 hours. I'm using it only for calling and texting. I don't know where the problem is - with battery or with phone charging system...

first, make sure all unecessary apps are turned off since this is one of the major causes of batteries draining unreasonably fast. Second, you may try a new battery and see if there's any difference
