Nokia C5 strange activity

i have a strong suspicion my phone is tapped/ bugged with spyware i have been researching and found out that when the screen lights and quickly dims, which happens to me randomly, is a strong indicator.

Or is just the Nokia C5 into this?

any info is appreciated.
