Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” OFF

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived, and notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu” > “People & Options”
  5. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” and select to forward calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy’
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off and tap “Disable” to confirm
