Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android phone to the computer via USB
- On the phone, enable Media File MTP at the prompt or from the Notification shade
- Open the File Explorer on the computer
- Navigate to the audio files on the PC
- Copy and transfer the desired files to the phone storage in the Ringtones and/or Notifications folders
- Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord
Change the General Ringtone:
- On the home screen, swipe up from the bottom
- Open Settings
- Access Sound
- Tap Phone ringtone and select the desired ringtone
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: You cant set custom ringtones for contacts stored on the phones internal memory or SIM card.
- On the home screen, swipe up from the bottom
- Open Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu > Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap Save
Change Notification Ringtones:
- Launch Settings
- Go to Sound > Default notification ringtone
- Select the desired notification ringtone
Manage Emergency Alerts:
- Open Messages
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Go to Wireless Alerts
- Tap Menu > Settings and enable or disable Allow alerts AMBER alerts Extreme threats and Severe threats
