    not sure what is the problem... try using the the psm play to see if it still crashes...

    If the mp3 codec installed is not the microsoft one it crashes

    how do you guys convert mp3s into ringtones for your nokia phones? How does it work? And what software does it require?

    What if you convert it to a .wav file first and then try converting to a ringer (amr) file?
